180x150-see-me-speakIgnitor Digital is proud to announce that their founding partners, Carrie Hill and Mary Bowling have been chosen to speak at Pubcon Las Vegas in October 2013.

Taking place over three action-filled days, Pubcon offers a huge lineup of sessions and speakers with ten simultaneous tracks that cover three full days. The information shared at this show is unparalleled.

Carrie will be presenting on Tuesday October 22, Day 1 of the conference during the morning sessions. Her presentation will come during the Schema, Semantic Markup and Search session to start directly after Jason Calcanis’ keynote. Carrie has been educating clients and speaking at conferences regarding schema for over a year, and always shares some new tricks and tips for webmasters to implement as a way to enhance their current rankings, or achieve higher rankings or click through rates in search engines.

Carrie Hill - Co-Founder - Ignitor DigitalBeing selected to speak at Pubcon has been on my bucket list for a few years. This will be my 7th visit to this conference and I couldn’t be more pleased. Add this event to Mary and I partnering to open Ignitor Digital and I think 2013 couldn’t get much better. I’m extremely excited to share more knowledge and practical implications of the Schema.org protocols for website owners and marketers. Pubcon is our “go to” conference and is the first one we recommend to anyone who asks, so being able to present is a coup for us.

Mary has been chosen to appear on two separate panels during the conference. On Day 1, she will be talking about Google Places and Maps Optimization during the Local Search Track. Mary is a proven leader and speaker on local search issues, and specifically cleaning up and fixing data. If you’re struggling to keep your name, address and phone number consistent and updated across multiple local search sites, this session is can’t miss.

PubCon was the first Search Marketing Conference I ever attended and being chosen to speak is really a highlight of my career.

You can also see Mary during a Site Review session on Day 2, Wednesday October 23rd. After lunch she joins a panel for “Open Call” site reviews. Here she’ll lend her insight into what makes websites for local businesses show up in map and regular searches. If you’re struggling, this is a stellar opportunity to share your domain and get thousands of dollars in free advice!
